Dear Parents,
The Department of Early Education and Care recently gave permission to all child care programs working with subsidies to close between December 27th-December 31st. While we fully believe all Educators are more than deserving of this break, we recognize that many families still require care. You should receive notification from your Provider if they are choosing to close during these dates or not, this is to give you several weeks to make alternative care arrangements if needed.
Unfortunately, should your child’s program be closed during these dates we will largely be unable to support back-up care with alternate Acre Providers. We anticipate almost all programs taking advantage of this approved closure. There simply will not be available educators with additional openings.
